Our customers can consult for themselves on-line which are the actions that have been done in all their cases and also the current condition of those cases. If they still don't pay, the next phase will start.
Case by case there will be a diagnosis and legal pre-dispute orientation, done by the assigned lawyer in control of the collection, beginning selectively with the claim in a legal way.
